Banana
Plain Greek yogurt, drained
Large oat flakes
Dried figs, coarsely chopped
Chia seeds
Sunflower seeds
Dark chocolate, grated
Vanilla extract
Salt
Macadamia nuts, coarsely chopped
In a food processor, grind all the ingredients together except the macadamia nuts until you get a slightly lumpy paste.
Then, add the macadamia nuts and pulse a few more times.
Make ping-pong-sized balls.
Keep the balls in an airtight container in the refrigerator for a few days.
