Soy sauce
Maple syrup
Mirin
Olive oil
Garlic cloves, chopped
Fresh ginger, chopped
Salmon fillet
Sesame seeds
Green onion, finely chopped
Preheat the oven to 200 °C (400 °F).
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients except the salmon. Place the fillet in a square baking pan (8″ or 20 cm) or in an aluminium tray. Pour half the sauce mix on the salmon.
Cook in the oven for about 20 minutes or until the salmon is opaque (or until desired doneness). Brush sauce onto the salmon every 3-4 minutes.
