Broccoli, in florets - 1 head 1 head To discover! Fresh parsley, chopped - 2 tablespoons 30 mL To discover! Salted butter, melted - ¼ cup 60 mL To discover! Lemon juice - 3 tablespoons 45 mL To discover! Dry white wine - 1 tablespoon 15 mL To discover! Salt and pepper - Au goût To taste Au goût To taste To discover! Preparation Switch to cook mode Sheet pan salmon Step 1 Preheat the oven to 200 °C (400 °F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminium foil. Step 2 In a bowl, mix together the small potatoes, olive oil, rosemary, and 1 chopped garlic clove (5 ml). Spread unto the baking sheet. Cook for 20 minutes. Step 3 Move the small potatoes to the left side of the sheet pan. Place the salmon filets in the center and the broccoli on the right side. Step 4 Garnish the salmon fillets with the remaining garlic and parsley. Step 5 Mix the melted butter with the lemon juice and white wine. Drizzle the mix unto the salmon and broccolis. Season the entire sheet pan with salt and pepper. Step 6 Cook about 15 minutes or until the fish is opaque. For grilled salmon, finish cooking with the broiler for 2 minutes.
