Ground coffee
Preheat the oven to 325 °F (160 °C).
Using a mixer, combine the eggs, yogurt, sugar, butter, almond paste, amaretto, and espresso. Mix until smooth and homogeneous.
Transfer the preparation into a bowl and add the flour and ground coffee. Mix vigorously.
Pour the mixture into a 9″ (22.5 cm) glass baking dish. Put in the oven for 30 minutes.
Let cool completely, then cut into 16 pieces.
