All-purpose white flour - 1 cup 250 mL To discover! Ground coffee - 1 teaspoon 5 mL To discover! Preparation Switch to cook mode Amaretto and espresso cake Step 1 Preheat the oven to 325 °F (160 °C). Step 2 Using a mixer, combine the eggs, yogurt, sugar, butter, almond paste, amaretto, and espresso. Mix until smooth and homogeneous. Step 3 Transfer the preparation into a bowl and add the flour and ground coffee. Mix vigorously. Step 4 Pour the mixture into a 9″ (22.5 cm) glass baking dish. Put in the oven for 30 minutes.
