Cooked quinoa
Flaked light tuna in water, drained
Edamames
Strawberries, cut into small dices
Grenoble walnuts, crushed
Salt and pepper
Ripe avocados
Lime
In a large bowl, mix together all the ingredients except the avocados and lime juice.
When ready to serve, cut the avocados in half lengthwise and remove the seed using a knife.
Then, remove about 30 ml (2 tablespoons) of the flesh of each avocado and transfer into a bowl. Drizzle the remaining portions with lime juice to prevent them from turning brown.
Using a fork, crush the avocado flesh you just removed until you get a smooth and homogeneous puree. Incorporate the remaining lime juice and season with salt and pepper.
Mix this preparation with the other filling ingredients. Stuff the avocados and serve immediately.
