In a bowl, mix all the banana preparation ingredients together until the sugar has completely dissolved.
Add the dairy products and mix carefully using a spatula or wooden spoon.
Using an ice cream maker, churn the preparation at medium speed for 40 minutes or until the texture is that of soft ice cream.
Freeze for at least 1 hour before serving.
