Unsalted butter

Preheat the oven to 190 °C (375 °F). Butter a round mold or a cast iron skillet (23 cm / 9 inches in diameter).
In a bowl, whisk together the soy beverage, vanilla, eggs, honey, and lemon juice. Then, add the flour and lemon zest. Mix until homogeneous.
Incorporate 180 ml (¾ cup) of blueberries and pour into the mold.
Cook in the oven for 30 minutes or until the flaugnarde is golden.
Let cool a few minutes. Then, garnish with the remaining blueberries. Finally, sprinkle icing sugar on top, if desired, and serve.
