This fruit salad for adults is original, tasty, and colourful! Plus, it’s ideal for a meal with friends (or flatmates!). Do not hesitate to use the fruits you already have in your refrigerator to make your own version of this fruit salad sangria.
Rosé wine of choice
Vanilla bean, cut and grated
Red grapes, cut in half
Fresh strawberries, sliced
Orange, cut into segments
Grapefruit, cut into segments
Starfruit, finely sliced
Pomegranate (seeds only)
Fresh mint, chopped
In a large bowl, mix the orange juice, rosé wine, and vanilla beans.
Add the remaining ingredients. Gently mix.
Set aside in the refrigerator at least 30 minutes and serve.
Late in the summer or at the beginning of autumn, you could also choose to use pears, apples, peaches, or cherries in this recipe. As for the alcohol, your favourite white wine (or any other alcohol) can perfectly do the job as well!
