Yum! Ingredients Metric system Imperial system Sweet potatoes, grated - 3 cups 260 g To discover! Boiling water - 6 cups 1.5 L To discover! Eggs - 2 2 To discover! Hot sauce of choice - To taste To taste To discover! Green onions, finely chopped - ½ cup 55 g To discover! All-purpose flour - ¼ cup 30 g To discover! Baking powder - 1 teaspoon 5 mL To discover! Cornstarch - 1 teaspoon 5 mL To discover! Salt and pepper - To taste To taste To discover! Preparation Switch to cook mode Step 1 In a large glass or stainless bowl, soak the sweet potatoes in the boiling water for 20 minutes. Step 2 Drain and pat dry with a clean cloth or paper towel. Step 3 In the same bowl (dried), mix together the remaining ingredients. Then, add the sweet potatoes and toss gently. Step 4 In a large non-stick pan, heat a drizzle of vegetable oil. Step 5 Add about 60 ml (¼ cup) of the preparation. Press lightly. Cook 2 minutes on each side. Drain on paper towels if necessary. Repeat for the other patties.
