All-purpose flour

Plain Greek yogurt
Unsweetened applesauce
Chocolate chips, melted

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Lightly oil a mini muffin pan or a mini financier silicone mould.
In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients. Set aside.
In a large bowl, mix the brown sugar, applesauce, Greek yogurt, melted chocolate, eggs, and oil.
Gently add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients. Then, pour the brownie mix into the pan or mould.
Cook the brownie bites for about 8 minutes.
Let cool completely before transferring to a wire rack.
