Cantaloupe, in large cubes
Cold water
Honey
Lime, squeezed
Put the cantaloupe cubes in the freezer the night before.
First, in a blender, mix all the ingredients together until you get a slush consistency. Depending on the cantaloupe cubes’ temperature, you might need to add some water so that the preparation blends well.
Pour into 4 glasses. Garnish with melon, lime, and mint leaves.
