Maple Bacon In the Oven

Preheat the oven to 200 °C (400°F). Line a baking sheet with a silicone baking mat or with parchment paper.

Place the bacon slices on the baking sheet. Then, baste with maple syrup.

Cook in the oven for 15 minutes. Remove the baking sheet from the oven when the bacon is sticky and crispy. Otherwise, cook a few more minutes.
