Potatoes, finely sliced
Onion, finely chopped
Bell pepper, finely chopped
Eggs
Liquid egg whites
Milk
Green onions, finely chopped
Ground curcuma
Cheddar cheese, grated
Salt and pepper
Oil the inside of your slow cooker.
Layer the potatoes, onion, and bell pepper alternately in the slow cooker.
In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, egg whites, milk, green onions, and curcuma. Season with salt and pepper.
Add the cheddar cheese. Mix well.
Pour the egg mix into the slow cooker. Cover.
Finally, cook at low for 4 to 5 hours.
