Bananas
Unsweetened vanilla soy beverage
Maple syrup
Lime juice
Frozen strawberries
Avocado
Basil leaves
In a blender, puree the bananas, soy beverage, maple syrup and lime juice.
Remove 250 ml (1 cup) of the liquid and set aside.
Add the strawberries to the remaining mix. Pulse in the blender until the smoothie is pink. Set aside.
Cut the avocado and remove the stone. In a blender, mix the 250 ml of the first preparation with th avocado and the basil leaves until the smoothie is green.
In a glass, pour the smoothie preparations alternately. Garnish with basil leaves and serve.
