Indeed, lattes, made with cow’s or soy milk, add a few grams of protein to any breakfast! Here is your new favourite: the dirty chai latte (and perhaps this dirty chai bowl too!)! However, they differ because of their milk and espresso ratios. The biggest difference? A flat white has 2 shots of espresso, while a latte only has one. Preparation Switch to cook mode Dirty chai latte Step 1 Put the water, ginger, cinnamon, star anise, nutmeg, cardamom, cloves, and allspice in a slow cooker. Step 2 Cook for 8 heures (or overnight) at low, or 4 hours at high. Step 3 Add the tea and infuse for 15 to 20 minutes. Step 4 Filter the preparation. Add the honey and mix well. Step 5 Pour a simple or double espresso shot and add 30 to 60 ml (2 tablespoons to ¼ cup) of the chai tea mix. Heat the milk and pour into the dirty chai.
