Firstly, gently mix all the tartare ingredients in a bowl.
In another bowl, whisk together the sauce ingredients.
Incorporate the sauce into the tartare mixture and let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes for enhanced flavors.
Next, use a pastry ring or ramekin to shape the tartare.
Finally, top each tartare with an avocado flower (see notes), fried garlic, and serve immediately with toasted bread croutons.
