Vanilla Greek yogurt
Cream cheese
Vanilla extract
Corn syrup
Graham cookie crumbs
In a blender, puree all the smoothie ingredients. Add a little bit of milk if needed.
Meanwhile, moisten the rim of each glass with corn syrup, then dip into the Graham cookie crumbs. Set aside.
Pour the blueberry smoothie preparation into each glass. Garnish with blueberries, fresh mint, and whipped cream (if desired!).
