Mexican dishes are your favourites? Well, guacamole is surely a classic of this cuisine! BPT tried a surprising duo for a crunchy dip: avocado and corn! You’ll see, the crispiness of corn and softness of avocado create a delicious contrast of textures and an explosion of flavours… Yum!
This guacamole is so good you could eat it alone with a spoon… But you could also add it to your fajitas or enjoy it with corn chips (or sweet potato chips!).
0% M.F. plain Greek yogurt
Onion, finely chopped
Fresh cilantro, chopped
Fleur de sel and ground pepper
In a guacamole maker, food processor, or big bowl, puree the avocados’ flesh.
Add the yogurt and mix well.
Incorporate the corn, onion, cilantro, lime juice, and cumin.
Season with salt and pepper. Mix again and serve.
Your avocados are always ripe at the same time and you feel pressured to eat them all quickly? Store some in the refrigerator. They can be longer this way than on the countertop!
