Olive oil
Lemons (zest and juice)
Dried oregano
Dried thyme
Dried rosemary
Dried parsley
Onion powder
Garlic cloves, finely chopped
Salt and pepper
Chicken thighs, boneless and skinless, cut into large chunks
In a large bowl, mix all the marinade ingredients. Coat the chicken with the marinade.
Refrigerate at least 6 hours.
Serve with the Greek chicken skewers.
