Brew the tea for 3 minutes.
Add the honey and a gelatine packet.
Cut 3 x 10″ (7.5 x 25 cm) rectangles in clear acetate sheets.
Line 4 ramekins with the acetate sheets.
Place the fruits in the ramekins.
Then, pour the warm tea so as to completely cover the fruits.
Refrigerate for 2 hours or until the tea has set.
In a bowl, mix together the yogurt, rose water, and the other gelatine packet.
Pour the preparation unto the gelatinized tea and let set for 1 hour (or overnight) in the refrigerator.
Finally, garnish with fresh fruits and serve cold.
