In a pan, over medium-low heat, mix together the dried tomatoes, mozzarella, pepper and 80 ml (1⁄3 cup) of skimmed milk. Cook and stir frequently until the milk is absorbed. Repeat twice with the remaining milk. Once the dip is smooth, add the pesto mix. 3. Meanwhile, blanch the vegetables (in a steamer or silicone papillote) in the microwave. 4. Finally, garnish the protein dip with basil, if desired, and enjoy with vegetables and bread! Serving the cheesy dip directly into a bread loaf? For an even more unique and memorable breakfast, forget the fondue forks and serve the hot dip directly into a partially emptied loaf of bread.
