Preparation Switch to cook mode Hot dip Step 1 In a bowl, mix the pesto with the powdered milk. Step 2 In a pan, over medium-low heat, mix together the dried tomatoes, mozzarella, pepper and 80 ml (1⁄3 cup) of skimmed milk. Cook and stir frequently until the milk is absorbed. Repeat twice with the remaining milk. Once the dip is smooth, add the pesto mix. Step 3 Meanwhile, blanch the vegetables (in a steamer or silicone papillote) in the microwave.
