Plus, you can add a ton of fillings! Since BPT loves to mix different textures, we incorporated an avocado for a rich and smooth result and a portion of protein muesli for a little crisp. Preparation Switch to cook mode Smoothie Step 1 In a blender, puree all the smoothie ingredients until smooth. Step 2 Pour into bowls and serve. Muesli Step 3 Preheat the oven to 160 °C (325 °F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Step 4 In a large bowl, mix the oat, roasted soy seeds, pumpkin seeds, flax seeds, soy milk, cinnamon and cocoa. Step 5 In a second bowl, mix the vanilla, almond butter, maple syrup, and coconut oil. Pour into the first bowl. Mix well.
