Fresh mango
Jalapeño, cut into small dices
Fresh cilantro, finely chopped
Lime (zest and juice)
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
In a blender, mix all the ingredients until smooth.
Transfer the puree into a bowl.
Place the chicken (about 454 g, whole or diced) in it. Refrigerate for at least 4 to 6 hours.
Finally, cook the poultry your preferred way (grill pan, barbecue, oven…).
