The whole concept behind it is that you can prepare this breakfast the night before and simply enjoy it the next morning! Overnight oatmeals are in fact inspired by a healthy New York food chain. Large oat flakes
Dates, pitted and chopped
Unsweetened coconut beverage
Put the oat, date, and pistachio mix in a small jar.
*For the best result possible, date pieces should be very small, or even minced.
Pour the coconut beverage on top.
Add the lime juice and mix well with a spoon.
Cover and refrigerate 4 to 6 hours or overnight.
The next morning, mix again. Add the Grenoble walnuts on top and enjoy.
Always rushing in the morning? Plan many oatmeal portions ahead! To keep the nuts crispy, add them only in the morning. You could also prepare oat, date, and pistachio portions in small jars and only add the coconut milk and lime juice the night before.
