Unsweetened pumpkin puree

Preheat the oven to 350 °F (180 °C). Line a baking sheet with a silicone baking mat or parchment paper.
Put the almonds in the oven for 10 minutes. Let cool a few minutes before moving on to the next steps.
Place the almonds in a food processor. Grind until you get a smooth puree.
Add the remaining ingredients and grind again until homogeneous.
You can easily find pumpkin puree at the grocery store in the bakery area. Otherwise, you can always make some with pumpkin flesh!
