Forget barbecue or brown sauce, this will become your new classic! This sauce goes marvelously well Chinese fondue (or even with raclette). It’s red and slightly sweet because of a few ingredients, such as ketchup (you could use homemade ketchup in this recipe!), Worcestershire sauce, and vinegar. It can be served hot, cold, or at room temperature during a potlock dinner with family or friends. Plus, this sauce goes well with any type of fondue meat, wether it’s beef, deer, moose, poultry (chicken, turkey), sea foods, or tofu. Some even like it with meatballs! In short, it’s good with anything you want to eat during a fondue or raclette diner. Caution! The devil’s sauce is so delicious that you should probably prepare a big quantity. In this case, you can add it in the vinegar or Worcestershire sauce. It’s a good way to make sure the texture of your devil’s sauce will be smooth. And you can use this trick for any other sauce! Preparation Switch to cook mode Devil's sauce Step 1 In a small pan over medium heat, brown the onion in the oil for a few minutes. Step 2 Add the garlic. Cook for 1 more minute.
