Want some change from your classic oven-baked salmon recipe? BPT has the perfect solution for you: a delicious teriyaki salmon! This decadent recipe’s flavours reminds us of maple salmon. It has a sweet and slightly spicy taste!
Besides, you could also eat it in a buddha bowl as the main protein. With some sushi rice, salad, ribbon cucumbers and other vegetables, it makes an excellent meal!
Garlic cloves, chopped
Fresh ginger, chopped
Green onion, finely chopped
Preheat the oven to 200 °C (400 °F).
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients except the salmon. Place the fillet in a square baking pan (8″ or 20 cm) or in an aluminium tray. Pour half the sauce mix on the salmon.
Cook in the oven for about 20 minutes or until the salmon is opaque (or until desired doneness). Brush sauce onto the salmon every 3-4 minutes.
This salmon recipe is quick but delicious since the salmon soaks up the sauce and takes its flavour. To make it even more tastier, you could let it marinate for a few hours before cooking. Serve it with noodles, edamames, green beans, English cucumber salad, or lime!
