In a large bowl, mix the orange juice, BBQ sauce, soy sauce, Sriracha, oyster sauce, Chinese spices, garlic, half the cornstarch, and sesame oil together. 2. Cut the flank steak in thin strips (about ½ a inch or 1 cm wide). Then, coat the strips with the remaining cornstarch and place in the slow cooker. 3. Pour the sauce unto the meat and cook over low heat for 3 hours. 4. During the last hour of cooking, prepare the basmati rice following the instructions on the packaging. Steam the bok choys a few minutes. 5. Finally, serve the orange beef over the basmati rice with the bok choys as a side. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
