Preparation Switch to cook mode Orange beef Step 1 In a large bowl, mix the orange juice, BBQ sauce, soy sauce, Sriracha, oyster sauce, Chinese spices, garlic, half the cornstarch, and sesame oil together. Step 2 Cut the flank steak in thin strips (about ½ a inch or 1 cm wide). Then, coat the strips with the remaining cornstarch and place in the slow cooker. Step 3 Pour the sauce unto the meat and cook over low heat for 3 hours. Step 4 During the last hour of cooking, prepare the basmati rice following the instructions on the packaging.
