Well, our green smoothie is made with pineapple and mango to balance with kale’s strong taste (or any other vegetable you might want to use). This healthy smoothie is not only for raw foodists or live food fanatics: it’s a great breakfast or snack for anyone.
We also use maca, a tuber related to radish and land cress, which is great for health. Maca roots can be eaten fresh or dried for their nutritional benefits. Their delicate taste reminds us of malt. They also have caramel, coffee and hazelnut flavours. Peruvians and some other people even consume more than 500 g of maca daily, either in its sweet-potato-like form or dried.

*For a creamy texture, add some fresh banana and Greek yogurt.
