In a bowl, mix all the ingredients except the sugar (2 tablespoons / 30ml) and cinnamon.
Pour the mix into a non-stick skillet. Heat over low heat, scraping the sides occasionally.
Remove from heat. With a spatula, knead the dough during 3 minutes.
Make 12 balls.
Note: Dip your hands in cornstarch so the milk balls don’t stick.
Mix the remaining sugar with the cinnamon. Set aside.
When ready to serve, sprinkle the cinnamon sugar on top of the balls.
You can personalize your milk balls by flavoring them. Try with coffee or mint!
