Not only are they high in fibers and protein, they also have antioxidant properties because of their vitamins and minerals (such as manganese, magnesium, phosphorous and vitamins B1, B2 and B3). There’s no reason not to try this delicious chia and kiwi pudding! Ingredients Metric system Imperial system Chia pudding Plain Greek yogurt - 1 cup 250 mL To discover! Whole white chia seeds - 1/4 ¼ cup 60 mL To discover! Honey - 2 tablespoons 30 mL To discover! Diced kiwis - 2 2 To discover! Green grapes - 30 30 To discover! Preparation Switch to cook mode Step 1 In a bowl, mix the yogurt with the chia seeds. Step 2 Pour the honey into 2 jars or glasses (15 ml / 1 tablespoon per glass). Step 3 Pour the yogurt mix in the glasses. Step 4 Top with kiwi dices. Step 5 Fill a large saucepan with water and bring to a boil. Then, blanch the green grapes for about 1 minute before rinsing them under cold water. Step 6 Remove the grapes’ skin. Step 7 With a food processor or hand blender, grind the grapes into a smooth and homogenized sauce. Step 8 Pour the sauce onto the kiwis. Step 9 Refrigerate for 1 hour (or overnight) before serving.
