Preparation Switch to cook mode Clementine syrup Step 1 In a pot, mix the clementine juice with the sugar. Bring to a boil and let simmer 5 minutes or until the syrup thickens. Clementine syrup Step 2 Preheat the oven to 350 °F (180 °C). Oil the 12 cavities of a muffin tin. Step 3 In a bowl, mix together the egg, milk, yogurt, lime juice, lemon juice, brown sugar, oil, and orange blossom water. Step 4 Add the psyllium cereals and let rise 5 minutes. Step 5 Mix the flour with the baking powder. Incorporate to the muffin preparation. Mix until the batter is smooth.
