Preparation Switch to cook mode Maple energy balls Step 1 Soak the dates in warm water for a few minutes, then drain. Step 2 In a food processor, grind the cashew nuts until you get a coarse powder. Step 3 Then, add the dates, oat flakes, ground flax seeds, and maple extract. Choosing the pulse option, grind all the ingredients until the texture is sticky.
