Preparation Switch to cook mode Step 1 Preheat the oven to 350 °F (180 °C). Butter a 9 x 5″ (23 x 13 cm) loaf pan or line it with parchment paper. Step 2 In a blender, puree the bananas with the white beans, applesauce, eggs, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth. Set aside in a bowl.
