Summer means trips to the market, sun, campfires… and berry season! In Quebec, we have the most delicious and sweet strawberries! Why not combine all these summer pleasures? Make a campfire, grab some marshmallows, and prepare strawberry s’mores!
For a crispy side, add graham cracker crumbs just before eating. Psst! Use your leftover marshmallow spread to make the best chocolate chip and marshmallow cookies!

Marshmallow spread (fluff)
Graham cracker crumbs
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Thread each strawberry unto wooden or stainless steel skewers (about ¾ of the strawberry).
Using a small spatula (or a knife), baste each strawberry with the marshmallow spread.
Using a torch (or on the campfire), slightly roast the marshmallow spread. Then, place each strawberry unto the parchment paper.
Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs and serve.
If you don’t have skewers, slightly heat the marshmallow spread to soften it (it should not be liquid however!). Then, dip each strawberry in it. Roast and sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs.
