In a blender, mix the soy beverage, the yogurt, and the white beans until the texture is smooth. Pour into a bowl. 2. Add the chia seeds, the maple syrup, the Blue Majik powder and the vanilla. Mix well. 3. Pour the mix into 2 sealed containers. Cover and refrigerate overnight. 4. Garnish with blueberries, blackberries and shredded coconut before serving. How can I use Blue Majik powder in a recipe? This blue powder is a by-product of spirulina, a green micro-algae rich in vitamins, minerals, and protein. There’s about twenty edible species, including the Blue Majik powder, which can easily be ordered on the Web. You could also use blue food colouring since, in both cases, the taste remains the same.
